Cheryl says, “The coaching process is fun and interesting and sooooo rewarding, for both the client and the coach; and Yoga is a blessing for all that I love to share.”
Inspired by a quote from artist/sculptor/architect, James Hubbell, Cheryl realizes the wholeness of life that is created by both pathos and joy.
“Humans, because of consciousness, must live between pathos (as in death, loss, pain, and fear) and joy (friends, feeling gladness, harmony, acceptance, pleasure, contentment, and peace). Beauty is the place between the two. It is where joy and pathos enrich each other. It is where life has, at its best, a profound meaning. It is where one’s life sings, not necessarily a happy song but where, despite the hurt and loss, we are glad we are here.” - James Hubbell
Cheryl brings that wholeness to the lives of others through her coaching and yoga. She coaches people into lives that simply and joyfully incorporate the aspects of our multifaceted modern lives with the things that nurture and bring beauty and happiness to each individual. With Cheryl’s coaching, yoga and other services her clients find their own inner wisdom and use it to make their living healthy, happy, conscious and directed. With Cheryl’s assistance lives can be transformed from haphazard juggling acts into beautifully choreographed dances. She likes to say, “I can help you find the Jasmine in your mind.”
